It's difficult to keep up with the exercise! T keeps going to bed later and later so our usual 7-7:30 bedtime no longer works with him. This means I end up working out closer to 9pm and by 9pm I am beat! Regardless, I have worked out more times than not this week so that's good : )
I can tell that I'm getting stronger and leaner and feel better overall-- so it's worth it to me to stuff my feet in tennis shoes at 9pm and sweat it out.
