It's past 12 and I'm up....

Fitness Thursday #16
It's difficult to keep up with the exercise! T keeps going to bed later and later so our usual 7-7:30 bedtime no longer works with him. This means I end up working out closer to 9pm and by 9pm I am beat! Regardless, I have worked out more times than not this week so that's good : ) I can tell that I'm getting stronger and leaner...

Today I am grateful for:a highly productive weekend (cleaned out basement closet, threw away 5 bags of crap, donated a TON of stuff, dismantled and cleaned vacuum and then vacuumed, cleaned up living room, planted a garden, bathed the dog... and I'm sure I'm forgetting something)gorgeous weather and being outside with my little guyall the firsts that...

AWESOMENESS That pretty much summarizes this week. I've been eating healthy and working out EVERY day for 30 minutes.... sweating so much I have to go directly to the shower after working out.
